Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all registrations made for training programmes, certification courses, workshops, conferences, and interventions conducted by CHDNLR (Centre for Human Development & Neuro Linguistic Research Pvt. Ltd.).
CHDNLR is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and flexibility while ensuring the operational feasibility of its programmes.
General Principles
• Registration fees are applicable to specific programmes, dates, and venues.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the timelines and conditions mentioned below.
• Certain programme components (including accommodation, logistics, and materials) involve advance commitments and are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Participant

| Less than 24 hours before programme | No cash refund; credit may be issued |
• If cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, the participant may opt for a full refund or credit toward a future programme.
• If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no cash refund is provided. A credit voucher may be issued at CHDNLR’s discretion.
Residential Programmes
• In residential programmes, accommodation and hospitality charges are paid in advance to service providers and are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation, only the training fee will be refunded as per the above policy.
• Accommodation costs must be borne by the participant even in case of cancellation.
Transfer, Substitution & Credit
• A registered participant may nominate a substitute delegate before the programme begins.
• Paid participants may shift to another CHDNLR programme or location within one year, subject to availability.
• Credits issued must be used within 90 days, unless otherwise specified.
Course Withdrawal After Commencement
• The course fee is non-refundable.
• CHDNLR may adjust the unused portion toward a future programme, subject to fee structure and discretion.
• Accommodation costs already incurred remain non-refundable.
Conferences & Events
• Conference registrations are non-residential and non-refundable.
• Change in nomination is permitted.
• No refund is made for cancellation of nominations.
Membership Fees
• Membership fees are refundable only if the membership application is not accepted.
Service Grievance
• Notify the CHDNLR Helpdesk at info@chdnlr.com within 24 - 48 hours.
• Our team will review and respond appropriately.
All refund decisions made by CHDNLR shall be final and binding.
